Average price per 9.30 financial statement by recon is $.82, if all  exercised recon generates nearly 48 million in cash

How far out do you think this keeps them funded? If 23 million funded ip and three holes as well as the acquisition and and transport of the rig, I'm guessinf 48 million would delay the next raise until Q1/Q2 2022 assuming they maintain the same pace of work.

To minimize dilution, board/insiders should hold off as long as possible on future PP, so that any options/warrants if granted carry a higher stike price. ideally, no warrants or options would be granted.   Just doubled holding to average down to $1.35.

I think if they hit on these 3 wells the last thing we'll need to worry about is funding. Until they have to build a pipeline that is. But seriously, if they hit then I expect brokers from everywhere will be offering huge money, let's start at $ 100,000,000 and pick a price, $ 5.00 or $ 7.00 or $ 10.00 When AOI/Lundins hit in Kenya there was no shortage of money and there certainly won ...more

I like to look at that as a reduction in actual shares outstanding. Ie., $48 mil in cash proceeds will buy 40 million shares at $1.20 current share price. Or, current $200 il EV is actually $152 million.
