Convert RECAF to RECO???

So I bought RECAF on US OTC few months ago but now I would rather hold RECO on the TSX Venture directly. 


Is there any mechanism to convert the shares or do I have to sell RECAF, suck it up and realize the tax gain and then re-purchase RECO? (Could have worse problems than the tax hit :) )

I think I read somewhere that shares cross-listed on major exchanges can be journaled between exchanges but not finding much info on US OTC listed  I guess if it possible, then I need to find a brokerage that will do it. Hopefully Questrade can do it for a Canadian based account and Interactive Brokers can do it for a US based account.

so. This is because you are canadian and don't want to pay a rediculous cost to switch your currency when your rolling in the doh as with bigger amounts more is taken technically? Or whats your angle$

No, the forex conversion cost is not why I'm asking. The question more so stems from my position in TXP on the TSX which trades on OTC in the US as PBEGF.
