That was Thursday wasn't it? Evans exercised 170,000 warrants and options for $60k. And sold 35,000 shares on market for $235k. Agree, not great, but not worth acting on. Personally I am getting a bit pissed off with the amount of activity from the board in respect to granting options, share sales, mergers, capital raises etc after drilling the first hole. They are definitely far more informed

Absolutely, and I've been buying more since the press release. They are definitely sending all the signals to the market. But if this all turns out to be smoke and mirrors then I'll be seeking legal opinion, as I'm sure many others will. The last couple of weeks has been borderline stuff

not criticizing just my 2cents, do u think that steinke, telfer and the whole Mitchell team and everyone else involved with roe and reco would be involved in a smoke and mirrors type enterprise? To answer your first question, currently no I do not. But I will say - they released a vague assessment of the drill to bring the market up to date with all material information which served to release themselves of the blackout period. I stand by my earlier comment that they have a much better idea of how successful that drill was than we do. There's been a lot of activity since. We will only

so when is the opportune time for insiders to conduct transactions(exercise options and warrants) or buy and sale shares? In a perfect world I don't think they intended to release the pr like it happened. For whatever reason they were forced to, but at the same time keep it vague. CEOs body language from early videos to the last one has become a lot more relaxed and positive. I think the

The opportune time is when they are not privvy to more information than the market is, that's the general idea.

i agree and disagree at the same time lol, if all the info came out I think we would not see the same company or results. it's like hearing from some of the oil and gas folks(not from this board) who don't agree with jarvie or some would have done seismic first. I think if they had access to the same info they Might have a similar opinion as jarvie. What I know is from the Barnett shale

well said. Steinke found it and he can do what he wants. But the past 2 weeks dilution and deals seem to be almost solely to the benefit of the insiders. I get they did the work and we ride their coat tails, but I just hope they stop nickel and diming us 1-3% at a time.

I'm definitely no specialist, but I'd be shocked if this was smoke and mirrors....as was mentioned RECO has gained a lot of traction over the last 12 months, but this has been a project over a decade in the making. The point of having a world class team with skin in the game is very true...and they're not 30 years old, these are men that have had massive success, close to retirement
