$RECAF something that was posted on the ir person's Twitter. I have not seen this officially said anywhere else. But he says they encountered light oil and high BTU gas during drilling

The light oil and high BTU gas comments were made in the 6-2 well info release. It was part way down, and relatively buried, so you're probably not the only one that missed it in the release.

Mud gas results indicate a high BTU gas with the presence of light oil in numerous cutting samples. Based on these initial results, the components and processes for a working petroleum system are all present." Hard to see how anyone could miss that. Seems to be the crux of the NR

It's called WILFUL BLINDNESS. A guy who calls himself an oil engineer missed the MOST IMPORTANT part of the news. Credibility out the window now.

Ummm, read the post. I didn't miss it, I just assumed that someone asking about it missed it. if you go back to an earlier post of mine, as a response to one of Ebinizer3 questions, the biggest things about the post that stood out to me was the depth of the pay being very large for a conventional reservoir, the fact that light oil was encountered, and that carbonate geology was also found ...more

toward the bottom there seems to be some concern about methane leaking into the atmosphere.  not to worry!  methane leaking into the atmosphere is a common, natural occurance.  it happens every time i eat beans.
