Haywood Securities

The deal with Haywood is supposed to close on or around May 26, 2021. With the current share price being a lot lower than agreed upon, does anyone know if Haywood will renegotiate their share price, or stick to it

I think the numbers will stay the same.  I believe the news that it is all complete will prop up the SP !!
