I don't really have much knowledge when it comes to oil exploration but as a shareholder I was happy with the news release. They are showing lots of transparency and even providing timeliness so we know when to expect more news. The information they provided confirms what a lot of us have been assuming...that they are finding oil and natural gas...and potentially a lot of it. This news release

I'm no expert but I have always said this is speculative investment and untill they have + cash flow I likely wiill. I am buying today. I will hold my position if it goes to 1$ as long as development continues in the proper direction.  The news today about 1,200 ft was fantastic and I didn't see anything at all that would indicate they are done drilling that hole.  Recon Africa

Can someone please clear up some technical questions.  Can the  "shows" areas that they have found so far become commercial producing wells or is that not enough and they would have to locate the actual pool to be able to turn this into production. In other words,  can the light oil that has worked its way up through the porous rocks and providing the "shows"

while u wait for tttr to respond, absolutely, the shows combined with the logs and the cores, they will target certain zones. If they do a DST it happen when they td the well. DST are expensive and time consuming u have to pull all that pipe out and then run back in. Me being cheap I would pick a target and perforate it and see what comes up.

The 2 things that stood out from the release was first and foremost the interval over which hydrocarbon shows were found - 343m is a very large interval, and we aren't even at TD. The other thing is that there is rig maintenance causing a bit of a delay, it's a bit of a risk to the well bore integrity the longer they aren't drilling, but I can't see it being too big of a problem
