Viceroy report: Nothing is said on Jarvie and Bill Cathey

I read the Viceroy report in detail this evening.

There was nothing of importance or relevance in this report and, is mostly filled with speculation and opinions.

They attack management by exposing their past sins.   Who among us has lived a perfect life without sin?   And what does the past have to do with the Reco project, really????

The RECO oil project rests on the shoulders of two of the worlds specialists:

(a) Bill Cathey - who reviewed 10 years of aeromag data and, confirmed a 30,000 feet basin

(b) Jarvie - a source rock specialist - who says that it is the source rocks that feeds the oil, find the right source rock and you will have found the oil.

It is true that RECO did drill the 2 first holes blindly because they did not have the 2D 450 km seismic data and, to be able to hit hydrocarbons shows of 660 feet in hole 6-2 and, 1,125 feet in hole 6-1 is ASTOUNDING.

The viceroy report is silent on both Bill Cathey and Jarvie.

It would have seemed to me that these are the two persons you would have attacked as this exploration projects rests on their expertise.

And the report is silent on the source rocks feeding the oil reservoirs.

So a 32 page report, and they attack the wrong persons.

They also knocked Craig Steinke for his past exploration efforts not yielding commercially viable oil... like the people behind “legitimate” explorations  ALWAYS find oil. Lol If anything he’s put in the work, and this effort is finally paying off! Congrats to Craig, I say.

while working under a service contract negotiating a migration to a psa agreement steinke, jarvie, Dan Stewart, Kent Bower and steinsberger drilled 17 wells in the complicated chicontepec formation for pemex, all of them producers. And then pemex let renaissance drill a 11,600 ft well (vertical) to test the Jurassic shale which they were successful in identification of two zones by cores and logs ...more

in 1900 something a well was drilled into the chicontepec it produced 250,000 bbls a day. Nothing like a well drilled into to a virgin basin. well past my cut off, have a good weekend, there's more to life than making or losing money.

the last line is actually untrue it's my commentary of the event. The truth is the horizontal and completion was contengent on the migration of the service contract to a psa agreement. Which never happened.

I don't think company can wait until end of July to release the results. Sinisters will not let them. They know the results are going to be great. Company is getting hit from all sides. Release whatever you have on first well on Monday morning.

Just stick to the plan, no? Share prices correct all the time. They can only make up so much BS before it stops landing. Most nervous nellies are probably out now. So many solid catalysts to come. Hopefully!
