No pump

$RECAF

I have invested and lost many times in pump and dumps. There are some common denominators.
There is a chance for a 10X or more in share appreciation.
The is a good story that gets attention in the media.
There is a large amount of insider ownership
When the shares begin to run up, usually after a news event, there is a financing deal.
Short interest begins to rise just before the financing deal
Then insiders begin to sell, sometimes under the table thru shorts
Management is usually younger or middle aged without a storied career and they don't hang around long.
I don't see this as a pump and dump.
Management is older and have a reputable career.
They are investing their own money, not selling.
They are fighting the negative attacks very publicly.
They have put their reputations on the line and are not leaving.
They are making sure to have reputable independent analysis
This is a risky business and it may fail in the end but it won't be because the management wanted to make money by fleecing investors. They aren't hiding negative results. They aren't misleading and /or making false statements. They have a country as a partner. So let's stop with the fake news about how they are pumping and exaggerating to profit
