When do we know if RECO has commercial oil play?

Sometime December to February. Will require a producing well. Seismic is supposed to finish at the end of October. Drilling starting sometime in December. Wells have been taking about 2-3 months so far. There will be lots of supportive information between now and then. Will be an interesting ride!

Just to clarify, seismic operations expected to finish end of September with results in October?

SE: The seismic program is on schedule, with target completion of data acquisition by the end of September. We just finished our test lines and are now shooting our first line in production mode.  We will also shoot vertical seismic profiles in each of the two wells, to provide an exact tie to the seismic line that connects them. This will enable accurate correlation of the zones we have

From the July 1 ReconAfrica news release: "The program (seismic), including processing and initial local interpretation, should be concluded by the end of October 2021. The results, integrated with the Vertical Seismic Profiles currently being prepared for the 6-2 and 6-1 wells, will be used to guide the next round of drilling, expected to commence before year end." I have seen earlier
