Reco has been touted as the next frontier Emerging African oil producer with a high Beta rating. It is anything but a highly promoted Howe Street stock. This penny stock doesn't move with oil prices or the market. Corey, the dumbshit, is one angry bird.

Emerging market stocks tend to be more volatile, or “higher beta,” which means their price movements are greater than those of less volatile stocks.
