Huge bonuses for our Execs? Rolling options?

I have been going through the Annual Meeting report and am shocked to see the huge bonuses paid out in addition to stocks, options, etc. For what? We still don't have any major oil or aggressive drilling! Plus rolling options???? So the more stock we issue the more options!!!

This is why I've been flip flopping,reco has several great prospects but managements decisions leave lots to be desired. I wouldn't bet the grocery money here but its maybe worth a roll of the dice.
