This conference is probably mislabeled. I looked into it. A lot of reporting from Africa lately is screwed up. This conference is about power generation like electricity and renewables, etc. I don't see any major oil players or high ranking government officials and industry heads like their recently were at the Qatar event. So I don't expect anything out of it for Recaf.
