it becomes completely black.

If they don't discover any oil, the stock is done. You can stick a fork in it. 

They will never be able to do another round of financing when the money runs out. Each well will cost $10 million and they owed $48 million to the Mexicans. 

The Co might have to file Chapter 11 or CCAA bankruptcy protection to shield the insider defendants from the Class Action lawsuit filed under the ambit of perpetuating an alleged con.

I agree and not only that ,any investor with this company must know that.There are many fingers hovering above the sell button,I guarantee that. I also believe more then one well will have to be drilled to ascertain the magnitude of any oil discovery, hence there will be future buying opportunities. I have a toe dipped in this play but nothing that I cannot afford to lose. Be careful.

There's no oil. With modern technology and unscrupulous Namibians ,and people in the know,s/p would be rising instead of falling. Don't forget you were told. MAJOR SELL SELL AND SELL!!!
