Founder’s Stock Holdings
As far as I can tell, Steinke's insider reporting shows he sold 1 million shares from Sept 2021, and now holding direct ownership of roughly 4.5 million Reco shares - not counting options and warrants. A year or so ago, he held 10 million shares. So, he had sold 5.5 million shares since then. According to records, he originally owned 30 million shares @ $0.04 after reverse takeover and merger was completed.
According to IR, he needed funds to buy a house. We know houses in UK favored by Russians oligarchs sell for multi-millions.

So what are you saying Mr. Duck? That Craig is a Russian Oligarch? There you go again trying to drag the Recaf people through the mud and associate them with infamous villains when there is not the slightest of connnections!

That is not what I am saying.,,We all know that Steinke and Park are UK residents. He could be buying a home in Vancouver for what I know. Peter Brown of Canaccord in 2016 sold his home to a student from China for $31 million. I am just saying he can legally sell his shares as long as he declares it by filing an Insiders Report. How are shareholders doing ??

So Mr. Duck, this house business you are referring to and obsessed with really has nothing to do with Recaf. Now as to how us stockholders are doing, not as well as hoped. This is no scoop!
