Truth or Consequences??

Are there, in fact, free-flowing oil at 8-2 well that massively increased the stock price ? Or, the oral statements made and disseminated widely by the wire services are misleading in fragrante delicto of securities laws?

As we know, Reconnaissance Africa Energy (Reco) is jointly and severally liable for the violations by its subsidiary Reconnaissance Energy Namibia (Pty) limited in regard to any misleading statements made by its employee that constituted a fraud on the market.

Reco needs to plead and walk back any misrepresentations thereof.
