Don’t get on the wrong side of SEC

Prims Facie (typo)

Yes Pacer, I read the book "Bad Blood" on Elizabeth Holmes' fraud. She was once worth $4.5 billion pre-IPO based on numerous funding rounds and now zero. However, she subsequently married some rich young dude - heir to a hotel fortune and she gave birth to their "Rosemary Baby"  like the horror movie. Her husband's  family claimed he was brainwashed. Lol She could be sentenced to 20 yrs in jail.

i made the point that lies will get someone in serious trouble under securities law. I think Management is now keeping tight lip on any news release unless they are factual and not promotional. They could be liable for saying they found 1 billion gross barrels of flowing oil at the last well without providing real data such as flow test.

Mr. Duck I agree with you that with all these high profile fraud cases garnering increased activity by regulators that managements are becoming more actively aware of their statements and are being more conservative.
