This "alleged" Chinese bribery scandal at the Namibian Ministry of Energy, etc. is heating up the wires. So I expect Mr. Duck to go all out on it.

But it is a big "nothing burger" and has nothing to do with Recaf. So I would not sweat it. These things are routine.

Surprised that Mr. Duck has not been quacking about the recent scandal in the Namibian Ministry of Energy. I thought for sure that he would be quacking all over this. With Duck hunting season in Oregon now I hope nothing has happened to him. His quackings are always good for a laugh or two!
