Extension of warrants ...

On the surface extending the warrants to $9.00 for an extra few months appears ok,however,a contract is a contract and to me this puts a ceiling on s/p. @$9.00 or much less no matter what oil is found. Skulduggery once more from this company.ALWAYS SOMETHING!!!!

WJoe That is a standard practice in the public markets. If that bothers you, you might be bothered many a time holding junior stocks.

Right you are yodog, I have had many companies that issued warrants. Sometimes made some decent money with them but also times lost out.

Years ago I invested in legendary oil and gas man Terry Swift's company that had properties throughout the South and made a little money for awile. Long story short, he over extended and went eventually bankrupt. They issued warrants like for $60 to $80 after bankruptcy or so for a few bucks. I monkeyed around with them for a bit and made a bit but they eventually expired worthless. The

It's more then that, s/p has dropped substantially in the past year, reco has spent many millions drilling water wells (this costs time and money),all while trying to find oil and having to appease an insatiable and poor country is not cheap. Environmentalists will bedevil this company upon any significant discovery and again the class action lawsuit may even prove insurmountable. The next

WJ you understand that public companies need to raise money to do work? It's the biggest reason companies go public. I hear this nonsense all the time .... "the company needs money".  They sure do!  Having spent years in poor countries I'm willing to bet a discovery of any significance is going to get government backing. You saw the last lawsuit by the

Dilution @ the last equity raise was not to bad @$6.35,but tomorrow's equity raise may be much worse when this tanks below $3.20.LOOK OUT BELOW!!!Most times these speculative plays are diluted out of existence before fruition....MAJOR SELL,LOOK AT THE CHARTS....
