IMHO
FWIW

Recon management is not dumb
There must be a legitimate reason for no news
They will not want a penalty, such as delisting, suspension, anything

It could be litigation, mechanical breakdown, whatever
I am confident they have all the approvals in place

Peter I'm guessing the gov has them under a tight hole and without that being lifted they have their hands tied. Question is; what is the duration of the tight hole status? Reco will not return emails or calls That there is tellling of a company doesn't care about it's small shareholders.  On another note; imo they may have a can of worms on their hands now.
