Effective December 17, 2019, Davidson & Company LLP resigned as auditor of the Corporation at the request of the Corporation. Deloitte LLP was appointed as the Corporation’s successor auditor. Deloitte had also abruptly resigned 3 weeks ago for non-compliance with securities reg.
