IIROC is waking up?

The Canadien regulator seems to be unusually active halting trading in some "hot" Canadien penny stocks. So far not Recaf. 

But I wonder why these Canadien pennies are poping so much. Is Howe Street really that good at pumping? Is our Recaf next? Time to buy?

A lot of Canadien penny stocks are soaring. I agree; time to sell if you them. I don't; too risky for me. I am sticking with silver, gold, platinum, palladium mainly SILX and SBSW!
