When Catherine Bowles mentioned “Viceroy Research LLC” in her claim that is really funny.
Lets see, how many RECO Class Action Suites in the US have been successful, I don’t know of any. You?

Successful class action lawsuits? Way, way too early to tell. Most have only been recently filed in the last year or so. I just got some settlement checks on some other class action suits from 5 to 7 years ago. Most class action lawsuits are quietly settled unfortunately for pennies on the dollar. This does not mean they should not be filed; just to remember the greater issue is seeking justice
