Recaf US lawsuits in consolidation

The last time I waded into the Recaf legal morass they were trying to consolidate the many lawsuits in Brooklyn and vote on lead plaintiff, lead consul, etc.

Many years ago I landed up being a "representative litigant" in some suits against a large utility that blew up dozens of people. It went on for endless years in endless jurisdictions before we finally got some settlements. But in the end we dragged them through hell and it got out how rotten and corrupt they were. So sometimes it just is not all about the money.

  Sharkey lawyers circling for the kill.  The various disparate lawsuits in the US have been consolidated into one lawsuit by the courts. Eric Muller, the lead plaintiff v. Reconnaissance Africa Energy and Jay Park, Scot Evans, et al, defendants. The US District Court Eastern District NY has denied the Co's application for dismissal last week, and it looks bad.
