It a pump and dump !

Before investing in this pump and dump do you science research ....the reason the Permian eagleford Alberta Montana have hydro carbon deposits ..it's simple ...there was a large inland sea that ran from the Gulf of Mexico all the way through the continent ....for millions of years hydro carbon vegetation......for some reason people think oil is melters Dow dinosaurs ...lol ...it millions of years    ..season changing and depositing  vegitation ..pipped on top of pi,le .....check out where Rico is drilling ......it pre Cambrian rock ...no oil ....watch the ...Dec 11 presentation ...Frontera and cgx energy .........an hour long on Kawa And Wei .....will explained the process....good luck

Oil is created from kerogen. Kerogen is created from organic matter. It doesn't care if that is single cell life, aquatic life, mammal, vertebrate.... anything. But it take a lot of organic mater to create an substantial amount of kerogen.... like 90 tons of organic matter for a gallon of "oil". The reason you see most petroleum systems after the Cambrian time is because that is when ...more

According to an article I read, this area was covered  by an ocean millions of years ago.

Yes! But don't think of it as a always or never type of thing. It's more of a "changing tide" in the scheme of geologic time! There is layers of shale which would indicate lots of water and pressure, but then limestone and dolostones which would be more like a shallow lake coast line. There was clearly plenty of scenery changes for this area over some tens or millions of years ...more

I see at least you have done your homework..!    No for where  those milion years seasonal deposits were layer down ...off shore ,...the orange basin ...not th kavango basis ...lol

Frank, You most ceartainly are allowed to have your oppinions, but you should not be posting or implying you have a background in geology and then make comments like this and like ones you have. There is confirmed a confirmed petroleum system. They are just evaluating the economic feasibily and trying to located the largest traps within the system. for reference, the orange basin you brought ...more

This one reminds me more and more of the 8-2 thing. Why is the company delaying specific statements about drilling results? Instead this bs of 'tight hole'. If there was something very positive, wouldn't the company have announced it by now?

I think this one is a duster, the last update they had was Oct 5 and they were at 3500m with a target  depth of 3800m This update says they have drilled to 4000m exceeding the target depth by 200 m. Surprised the share price is holding as well as it has. Mind you maybe people are waiting for the actual drilling results in an official NR. However why would they send out an operations update ...more

Maybe, maybe not.... There is a certain field in offshore West Africa that has a 2-mile thick pay zone and it is all vuggy limestone. This ain't Canada.... Remember, this is an exploration well and Recon wants to collect as much geological information as possible in order to assess commercial viabilty and potentially design an optimized production drilling campaign in the future. There is ...more

Patience my Friend, The well they are drilling is a 'wildcat' exploration well. They are drilling into the unknown. A well like this takes a lot more time and money to drill. Why? Formation pressures are unknown. They don't want to burn down the rig. Chances are, that they have 'mudded up' (increased drilling fluid density) in order to continue drilling while holding back oil ...more
