good thing about the current share price since last earnings release is low volume I think a lot of potential investors want to buy in but are waiting volitility to drop. Once it does,,, hold on to ur draws,,,this thing will go

Welcome aboard!  Agreed that management needs to stay focused to create value and not light money on fire. As at January 29, 2022, the Company operated 404 stores consisting of 237 Reitmans, 90 Penningtons and 77 RW&CO.  Reitmans now leases a little over 2M sq ft.  Revenue per sq ft is a healthy $331.  Reitmans customers like going shopping and know the brand. IMO

I'll be honest - that's the one thing that worries me about this company - the fact that management and the BoD have not changed that I know of since bankruptcy and they made a lot of poor decisions in the last few years which led to the bankruptcy.   When I was running free cash flow calculations, all was looking really well for the next year.  So it's a question of

Agreed.  Profit over growth even if revenue flat or declining.  Return excess cash to shareholders.  Head office management should be spending half their time actually working at different physical stores and or customer service.  What are pain points for customers?  What would delight a customer?  I know 50% off specials piss people off who purchesad at full price.
