For fun, I exported out the transactions over the last few weeks and summarized the trade volume by price and seller. Seller 1 = anonymous who sold a total of 494,800 shares in the period, but only bought 272,400. This looks to be an indication that you have a large or a few anonymous sellers getting out.
On the pricing side, 295,000 of the trades are happening at $1.50 or $1.52 and you can see the anonymous seller has a lot of activity here. So this might explain why the share is having a hard time breakout from this price. Some food for thought.
