Yeah, it didn't help the bottom line that 1)  they paid themselves an increase of $19.9 million in incentive bonuses and 2)  Depreciation and amortization of roughly $45 million.

That was for the fiscal year, not the 4th quarter.

Depreciation and amortization is high because lease payments are high. The company leases their locations which is about $81k per location. The depreciation and amortization includes the right of use depreciation in its calculation.  The capex maintenance for the business is about $10m which is the depreciation component. The rest are the lease payments.
