Over 60% market cap in cash!

This reminds me of the Teck resources opportunity that I missed after the great financial crisis. These opportunities don't happen often enough in our investment careers.

Unless the company doesn't pull a Silicon Valley on us, they have $103m in cash and a market cap using "A" shares of ~ $169m. That part doesn't change. The only thing that changes are the investors that are panic selling for no real reason.

Volatility can sometimes work in your favour if you're on the right side of the trade. It is my opinion that buyers today are on the right side of the trade

Take a deep breath. Enjoy your family, kids and friends and let the magic of time work in your favour.

Time to go fishing!

Doesn't the operational misfire in Q4 and the expectation that they won't right the ship until at least Q3 concern you a bit? I'm pretty sure none of us were expecting that chunky loss in Q4. Sure the assets are still there and worth well over the market cap, but the long running question of can these clowns make money is still with us.

Not really.  Q4 has always been there second weakest quarter. The bulk of their profits are earned in Q2 and Q3 which more than offsets for the 2 weaker quarters.  There are one time expenses that are unlikely to reoccur. Remember that management is not collecting dividends for a few years now. They like to get paid too.

I guess that's what makes a market. Best of luck.
