The actual number of Shares which may be purchased pursuant to the NCIB and the timing of any purchases will be determined by management and the Board of Directors of the Company. This be interesting what actual is imo

O and very easy to hem in, but near impossible to increase so yes save a lots or they have a friend who can do easily, it's a good way to control outflows. Imo
