Insider Selling... The truth

Insider selling is not bad (sometimes), that's often how they get their compensation.

 

The whole thing is usually fully scheduled out. Their compensation is largely in shares and they have scheduled selling dates out for months. Retail investors will often interpret this as being a bad thing, but it most often is not.

 

Executives selling shares = not necessarily bad, but not good if sold in mass amounts frequently 
Executives buying shares = usually good, but not always

I think we're good here. I'm still holding and will look to add to my position this month. Will wait for more good earnings reports tho

Be funny if he starts to game buy backs to provide exit liquidity for himself and other managers.  "You know we can make more money off our options if we sh!t the bed in Q1 when they are priced then crush Q2 & Q3 while buying back stock"
