Part of the problem there is the same problem here.  Sure, it's up 17% now.  But nobody holding even a remotely decent sized position could take advantage of that "rally" as the total volume is about $50k.  And if history is any guide that rally will fade and then even the small time flippers may be stuck again. On another recently discussed topic, one thing that ...more

When are Non-Voting Shareholders Entitled to Vote? When are Non-Voting Shareholders Entitled to Vote?  The Ontario Business Corporations Act (“OBCA”) allows corporations to be formed with multiple classes of shares. For a variety of reasons, incorporators sometimes find it desirable to create classes of shares whose stockholders are not entitled to vote on company ...more

Not required, Ret has no growth, multiple not available for Ret, they could burn all the cash in 12 months, no growth less foot print only growth is management spending imo

"they could burn all the cash in 12 months"  I find this one hard to believe. after all they have been in Business for 98 years. Do they totally forget how to run the business? Please explain I'm all ears.

For the last 20years, look at the grid, "You can always rely on not relying on Reitmans" it shows so I don't k ow where your coming from, for last 20-25 years it's been ski slope. Because it has no growth and reducing footprint increase spending and increasing option and zero buy back, zero credibility and so much more negativity zero synergies with indigo spillover, soon to be ...more
