It's not a growth story, foot print is decreasing so to be prudent the cash is only good for 12 months, when they report next quarter the cash they report  then will then have 12 months. Iimo

The parents built the company, the children maintained it and the Grandchildren lose it, that's a classic , I think that's what they are fighting and they have the age on top of that,  imo

I've been selling my Ret.a and buying Ret, yes yes they all treated the same except a resolution will be presented to vote on and I will have my shares vote, then after the vote, yes every share will be treated the same, I think minority shares will have a big say in any proposal, I've been trading at .30 difference but probably continue to exchange if spread stays under a dollar have a ...more

You are imposing you negative views of the company before juding the company by  the numbers. It is like writing a bad review of the movie before watching it. RET is not a fast growing company but it is re-tooling and it is profitable with real estate and cash in the bank worth more than twice the current share price. If you add future earnings on top of that at 8x earnings, we are looking ...more

That's crazy. Did you see how much cash they generated in the 4th quarter last year? This is a seasonal business. If they burn cash in 4Q'24, I'd honestly start getting concerned, but for now, there is no real issue. The company is performing better on a year/year basis. They still have real estate and cash alone exceeding the market cap. I'll admit the combination of higher rents ...more
