Revo obtains and leases a business office in the Dubai region per the requirement ( not just a mailbox address like in Canada ) and before that a few new staff ( or outsourced ) members.  Steve is way behind schedule on this one again as the maximum timelines set out to complete the total process is 219 days ( less than 7 months )  and Steve put out the original News release Dec 04, 2021 : ( NOTICE he's trying to do this with the same Huobi deal guy ; where is that ?
