To the victor goes the spoils

A great day of Canadian football ahead of us, but I just wanted to bring up the ever important KYC and AML dilemma that faces all of the unlicensed DCE’s (aka, all of them).

Who can submit KYC/AML data to a central bank? Certainly not a non-financial institution, since they have no portal or access to do that. So, it’s pretty funny to read that XYZ DCE is now conducting KYC/AML. For whom, themselves?? How can they submit this to authorities if they aren’t a financial institution? It’s all smoke and mirrors as a reasonable person can conclude. So yes, the holder of direct financial licenses (example: Revolupay #6900) will be the new poster child of this next crypto era. All the pretenders will die; all of the on-ramp third party license holders will die. Regulation and licensing has now taken centre stage just like Steve surmised it eventually would. Revo is ready

Great post!  I guess Jim and crew think DCE's can do KYC themselves lol.

72 reads, nice to see.  Revo has the attention of non shareholders all over Canada, spending all their weekend here posting over and over.   At least we own shares.

You can't do KYC without a banking license
