I would imagine Huobi (as Binance and others do) will keep it quiet who the issuer will be behind the scenes. they may reveal after our DA with them if they are the suitor.  However Huobi WILL need a licensed fintech like RevoluPAY to do any Visa cards because Huobi so NOT bank licensed to do so.
