Who cares if you are buying into the story? 

the price and the deal is already finalized, pending regulator approval we will see all details 

If you don't think a large suitor buying Revo is a good thing then don't buy shares.

I think this will all be swept unde the rug, called it from the beginning... the "deal" (likely fiction) was simply attention seeking and will result in nothing besides dilution at best.
