Look at who halted it. It wasn't at the company's request. It was halted by IIROC. Probably not good news

I have no position in this stock.Just commenting on what I see.Not great news but not terrible news either. Not a buyout as everyone was wanting.But money to keep operating,so no bankruptcy for now. Company value has been shown at .29C according to the lenders. Take what you will from that.
