Where is that 12.4 million

I'm looking at this market cap and it sure hasn't increased lately. This 12.4 million so-called dollars at Eric was supposed to bring in didn't do anything. Maybe because there was no 12.4 million dollars injected. Maybe it was just words to try to give some confidence to the shareholders. Too much fishy stuff in here and I can't take the smell much longer
