Erik (not from Malta, but lives in Dubai) does not have 12 million cash.   HBDT in 2020 was a shell, exactly same as HBDIG (also 2020, not newly created) for the purposes of driving Huobi's expansion efforts.  You do the math on how this plays out.  To me? It's obvious.
