when steve announced the pp on april 26 i was worried that he cannot get the pp done because he already had spent the last few months on closing the pp, on april 26 i thought the pp might be not get done because he was having trouble closing the pp before that, now we are 45 days from the april 26 announcement and he still cannot get it done,if steve cannot close the deal he should move on because we need some cash to survive,

Steve did not announce the PP in April but back in October. Read below what I posted from the company's April 26 NR. No wonder Steve had to deal with regulators (see REVO NR of April 24).
