Has anyone figured out who it could be and what they would want with RevoluPAY?   

I think I have it figured out, or at least a good guess.  

note: the investment firm is only authorized by Andorra which is not in the EU.  What could they need

Revo has handled flows to/from that country for awhile now.   wonder if they need a banking partner ?
