Investors need to note that Binance's crypto license is not the 3C financial license that REVO has applied for.  

But, Revo needs 2 missing pieces in order to be granted that license which will include all crypto storage and processing privileges, as well as RevoluFin division startup.  

1) a director based in Dubai (hmm who could that be?)
2) $500,000 fee

meanwhile, REVO's licenses would resolve the Mica issues these DCE's are having. 500 DCE's in the world, many won't survive these regulations.

Revo isn't going to be anything but a fintech company, which is what has been built with a great foundation from the building phase by Steve and company.    Now we need to be integrated into a large userbase like a DCE.
