is there anyone left?  "The Company will continue executing its strategic plan and focusing on delivering shareholder value." who is executing this supposed strategic plan? Maybe all those incentive options, issued at a nickel aren't proving enough incentive; perhaps giving incentives at a min of 25 cents may give some actual incentive to provide shareholder value.
