What tech ?  the same "tech" they were using for Revo Spain that they are now desperately trying to sell because supposedly it loses too much money ?  Does the " tech" magically work out of a mailbox ?    Revo is broke and most likely in debt by now; big hill to climb  with 225 million shares already outstanding with very little prospect for the future
