If it's billions coming soon ... explain why the share price hasn't moved ? Explain why volume has been so low for the last week or so ? Explain why no insiders have bought on the market at these low sp prices ?

Insiders own ten's of millions of shares, they legally cannot buy during this period obviously . Anyone with common sense knows why (change of control coming)
