Still no financials filed...The much-vaunted transparency from management is, for the moment, nowhere to be seen. One must wonder if they will take responsibility for the evident lack of professionalism or, as we have seen before, attempt to shift the blame onto prior management. It's worth noting that Gavin McMillan, the former CEO during most of the pending fiscal year, still sits on the board and is arguably the most qualified individual to guide the timely release of the now overdue annual financials. Should management choose the deflection route yet again, this entire situation could be considered a debacle—one that current and prospective shareholders ought to seriously consider as a reflection of this team's unwillingness to own their professional shortcomings.

Goodwill, you have said you're a shareholder here.  You made an account just to talk RevoluGROUP all throughout the day and no other stocks .  why would you hold shares if you have a negativity view?   You're credibility is shot my friend, seek help
