Reminder: a trading halt is NOT a business halt

Revo continues to function to full processes, all verticals, generating revenues 24/7/365 - this isn't "pumping" it's 100% factual.

Gavin and the remaining director(s) and staff are working diligently to ensure a successful path forward and stability to shareholders.  Financials are actively being done and a new director or directors ( only one more is needed to satisfy exchange requirement) will be on-boarded in due short time.

The stock was halted ONLY because Erik quit and left the company with only 2 directors.  the bi-weekly update was posted in time.... but The MCTO was also removed because those two characters named in it don't work for the company anymore, hence making it null and void.

If the company needs some funds I, and other long term shareholders could always loan them money to ensure everything gets paid up that needs to be( reminder: Revo has NO debt,  more assets than liabilities on its balance sheet, and any outstanding $$ owed to current staff can be paid in shares eventually),  but my money isn't needed by them.

The company will update investors once things are finalized. Thank you Gavin for your efforts

Youre STILL pumping this?!?!?! LOL!!!! Holy fack!!!! That's actually really, really sad dude. If you're getting options for doing this sh!t, that's one thing, but you're complicit in ALOT of people losing ALOT of money here. I hope that eats you dude. If you aren't getting compensation for this, you're one sick puppy. Either way, man, years....you've pumped this for ...more

That's what I've been saying. This needs to be investigated. What's been going on here?
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 21, 2024 11:07pm
Read below for what's really going on, and ignore the noise.  REVO will update people soon enough

And nobody is "pumping" - everything I have said on this site is backed by news releases or by my research,  and no I've never said million bridges will do billions, I said Lebanon needs billions in support.
Comment by ewandf on Oct 22, 2024 12:28am
nobody is pumping? comedic fella. "by my research" is the escape clause? people have actually thanked you for your research over the years; apparently it has fallen very short, as the stock is a mess and hanging by a thread. funny how the other stock that G was affiliated with, had similiar issues with filing financials, but i'm sure it can all be explained away by some people ...more

I look forward to company news if or when they have an update for us.  Speculation is rampant but news will resolve any misconceptions or narratives on either side.   Until then, whether anyone admits it or not, revenues continue to be generated and the company is operational , even when halted.
Comment by TheREVOlution on Oct 24, 2024 12:30am
Revo's News release are never to be believed , just recently they stated they received a $500,000 U.S. loan and then it turned out to be a 100% complete lie. After 8 years are you really going to continue believing anything they say ?    A reason why they are completely halted by the regulators now.
Comment by Wally41 on Oct 24, 2024 12:48am
Goodbye Revo, it wasn't nice doing business with you. A lot of evil people in this company that have done nothing for their shareholders. Except take our money.
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 24, 2024 8:08am
Some say there won't be news ever again.  We'll see, maybe, maybe not.  But I'll let the news guide what's happening not rampant spec

Revo generated more revenues today while halted for trading.  We await the company to provide an update on where things stand, or not.  Any other speculation is just that.
Comment by Reggie1 on Oct 25, 2024 10:11pm
Jay everything you post is speculation.
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 25, 2024 10:55pm
I fully expect an update before months end
Comment by Vision360 on Oct 26, 2024 6:25pm
Keep Dreaming LOL
Comment by Reggie1 on Oct 26, 2024 7:58pm
Whatever the update....if it comes will just be more hope. You talk of revenues being generated. Its so far from profitable that its meaningless. There is no growth. There is no money to grow. There is no plan to grow market share.  And regardless they clearly can't account for what is going on or it would not be halted. So were the revenues real?  It all ends badly Jay. With a 99% ...more

Unlike most of the stocks that don't produce fins, Revo has revenues and assets.   so again, if "Revo" never trades again this will become something else and our shares will trade in whatever company buys the pubco listing  however, it's for everyone's interest that we secure money and move forward toward profitability
Comment by Reggie1 on Oct 27, 2024 7:07pm
You speak of profitability. How much revenue do they need to be profitable? Is there any possible number that you have worked out to know how much they actually need to be profitable?  That is what I thought.
Comment by Reggie1 on Oct 31, 2024 10:08pm
Its not a promise but the expectation is sure there.
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 22, 2024 6:34am
There's been many stocks temporarily halted for not filing financials (or not enough directors) and have traded again.  Revo, in the meantime, is still operational and we will wait for the company to update us
Comment by ewandf on Oct 22, 2024 10:37pm
"many stocks ...traded again"; name 2, mr/ms self made millionaire, that have come back and been successfull.
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 23, 2024 9:59am
We await the company to update shareholders in the coming while.  Nobody is throwing in the keys and giving up, despite what many are hoping for.
Comment by Vision360 on Oct 23, 2024 8:40pm
This is toast, hopium is running out, junk stock status LOL
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 23, 2024 9:30pm
Wait for the company to disperse news.   Operations continue in the background generating revenues, finishing the financials (almost done!), and moving things forward in a meaningful manner to restore shareholder value.
Comment by TheREVOlution on Oct 23, 2024 9:50pm
Highly doubt the annual financials are even close to being done as the Auditor,  SHIM & Associates LLP haven't even been paid.    As far as the small amount of business Revo continues to do, it doesn't even cover a small fraction of Revo's expenses and the debt continues to grow. Remember:   The only infinitesimal revenues Revo receives is through ...more
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 23, 2024 10:30pm
Revo's expenses were mainly consulting fees (salaries of all staff), if they have no staff they have no salaries. somehow they have been operating since February without any?  gavin can pay himself with shares once we unhalt.   REVO has zero debt.  The company assets are also higher than liabilities , a rarity on this TSX V exchange. anyone know how much auditors cost? ...more
Comment by Jaytee123 on Oct 23, 2024 10:27pm
Wait for the company to disseminate news (or not).  The company continues operating and generating revenues  and if the PSD2 is outdated and so easy to get, why doesn't MONECO have one?  Why doesn't Ozank, or milkionbridges, or myfulltrip. or sendity which is owned by prosegur cash now.  It's not outdated it's the newest available license out there for Europe ...more
