The stock price doubled after he supposedly said that, and the stock price remained comfortably in the .20-.30 level for literally years until Erik came around.

Steve had no business plan other than to pump and dump. If what he built is so special, why is the stock at .02 and halted? Clearly he did nothing of substance. Just word salad NRs to prop up the SP so he can sell. Although Erik added fuel to the fire, Steve already started a forest fire before he ran off with no plan to follow through on should his negotiations with Erik fail and fail they did so ...more

I think Steve was pretty smart actually. With no scruples. The TSXV is what it is for people like that. He will not be the last. My guess is its why gold and silver are rocking and there is nothing going on in the speculative mining sector. Its not a place for astute investors. And I guess the people who would normally be around to throw money away just simply are not there. ...more
