the PSD3 (which won't cost anything) is still likely years away.  Nobody has one because it isn't out yet 

REVO also has passporting privileges with its PSD2 and all the features an entity needs or would desire

There IS revenues , today, yesterday , tomorrow.  Nobody says there is a lot of revenues but there are revenues.   Just because a stock is temporarily halted in trading doesn't mean the company isn't generating revenues  one of the few that are on this venture exchange
