Royal Helium is a production, infrastructure, and exploration company with a primary focus on the development of helium and associated gases. The Company is currently producing purified helium at its Steveville Helium facility in Alberta and it's extensive footprint includes prospective helium permits and leases across southern Saskatchewan and southeastern Alberta. Given the current and foreseeable global undersupplied nature of this critical and non-renewable product, Royal is well positioned to be a leading North American producer of this increasingly high value commodity.

Royal Helium Commences 3D Seismic

SASKATOON, SKFeb. 18, 2022 /CNW/ - Royal Helium Ltd. ("Royal" or the "Company") (TSXV: RHC) (TSXV: RHC.WT) (OTCQB: RHCCF) announces that it has initiated two seismic programs in southwestern Saskatchewan, along with its seismic and geophysical contractor, RPS Energy Canada. 39 square kilometers of 3D seismic will be conducted over the central portion of Climax to detail and extend the deeper Nazare zone as well as further delineate and differentiate the overlying Devonian conventional zones hit in Climax 1 – 4. An additional 20 linear kilometers of 2D seismic will be conducted over the southern most block at Val Marie to image the northern extension of a large structural high known as the Bowdoin Dome lying south of the Saskatchewan-Montana border. The results of these will guide Royal's upcoming drill programs for 2022 which will be announced once finalized.

Betteryear2, thanks for posting this good news as it points out that RHC is continuing to seek the information that it must have to be able to proceed in a financially responsible manner. This is the correct way to proceed even though we have investors who think that we should be able to go into helium production yesterday.

The 3D seismic over Climax will be helpful (maybe even necessary) to plan the horizontal wells they are planning to drill and frack.  Those wells are expensive and it is important to get the horizontals placed optimally. I think this is good news. Computer modelling, 3D seismic, some more computer modelling, and then drill the first horizontal well at climax, which will likely be most ...more

Bridge - The most recent corporate presentation dated December 2021 -   Page 10 specifically states Initial production for Climax aimed for Q1 2022.  Is this happening?  The payback time per well is estimated at 6 months as per page 11.    As the presentation was updated in December stating initial production timelines slated for shortly after one would have to reasonably ...more

Well, management is doing a call with Q and A this afternoon, so hopefully they can speak to these concerns and maintain trust.

frost, can't argue with most everything you stated except with the "outright lie at worst." I still consider RHC as a "start up," they are eager to become a success and as most start ups they exaggerate to attract investors and aren't going to point out that they'll need to raise capital as they move along and that each time they do so the share price is going to ...more

Lets see what comes of the Q&A.  Hopefully RHC can rally once or twice more form this point and book in some modist returns.  No doubt everyone wants this to suceed they just need to start to underpromise and overdeliver for a change

I don't think anyone is lying.  They planned to produce relatively small amounts of helium from small pay zones like other Saskatchewan helium producers. With current helium price the business plan is pretty good.  They thought that the recently discovered Navare zone was bedrock on the seismic but they drilled deeper and wandered into a complex 100 meter thick  interval with ...more

Frosty tips..you are nothing but a troll that bashes these junior resource stocks. Grow up

Investorman,  you have such kind words for the management at Satrun.  I only want to pull cash off the table here as oftin as I can, the more the better.  Very few Juniors make it past exploration giving management even more insentive to only talk reward and never mention risk.  I understand timelines change just wish this can be communicated when it happens.
Comment by Margin321 on Feb 23, 2022 8:48am
Good point about many junior explorers failing. But there is reward (increase in multiples rather than percentage points)in the ones that are successful. So what to do? 1. due diligence, understand the sector and the resource and the regional and global trends affecting supply and demand. And the local environment as well, especially with respect to any barriers to mining or drilling or ...more
